OUR LEADERSHIP

Our Leadership Team

The strength of IPID lies in its global reach and local impact. Our leadership structure is designed to bridge the gap between the diaspora and the youth on the ground, ensuring that every initiative is executed with precision and strategic purpose.

Directing all IPID’s operations and initiatives throughout the world.

1
This core leadership segment is responsible for the overarching vision of the movement. They provide the essential logistics for strategic development, foster international partnerships, and drive diaspora engagement. By aligning our global resources with local needs, they ensure that IPID remains a powerhouse for youth transformation across borders.

2
Strategic Oversight:
Managing the roadmap for youth empowerment and community projects.
Logistics & Development: Streamlining the flow of resources from the diaspora to our regional hubs.
Partnership Management: Building alliances with organizations, benefactors, and government bodies to scale our impact.

3

State Hub Executives: The Driving Force of Local Impact.

Our State Hub Executives are the boots on the ground. They are responsible for the direct implementation of IPID’s mission within their specific regions.

4
These leaders oversee the day-to-day engagement with youth, manage regional projects (such as our piggery and agricultural initiatives), and ensure that the “Advocate-Youth-Benefactor” bridge is functioning effectively at a local level.

5
Regional Coordination: Organizing local quiz competitions, mentorship meetups, and training sessions.
Operational Execution: Translating global strategy into localized success stories.

6
Community Integration: Maintaining deep roots within the local communities to identify vulnerable youth with high potential.
