How You Can Get Involved
1. Become an IPID Advocate
Advocates are the heartbeat of our organization. As an Advocate, you serve as the vital bridge between youth in vulnerable conditions and the mentors or benefactors who can support them. You are responsible for:
Transitioning Youth: Moving young people from a state of inactivity to one of productive engagement.
Strategic Matching: Ensuring youth are paired with sponsorships that align with their talents.
Impact Tracking: Overseeing the progress of youth as they engage in productive endeavors that benefit both themselves and their sponsors.
2. Join as a Mentor
Take a youth under your wing. By sharing your professional journey, you provide a roadmap for success.
Offer Guidance: Provide one-on-one advice and career coaching.
Host Internships: If you own a company, give a youth the opportunity to work pro bono and gain real-world experience.
3. Become a Benefactor
Provide the financial foundation needed to scale our programs. From the IPID Piggery Farm Project to our Annual Quiz Competitions, your support provides the tools, education, and infrastructure required for youth to succeed.
