IPID is a non-profit organization that empowers youth and uplifts communities across Southeast and South-South Nigeria. We aim to build human capital through skills development, entrepreneurship, education, and community engagement.

Identifying youth with great potential is only the first step. The real transformation happens when that potential is connected to the right resources.
IPID Advocates play a pivotal role in our movement. You are the bridge between ambitious youth and the benefactors or mentors who can help them soar. As an Advocate, you help transition youth from inactivity to a future where they are properly matched with sponsorships and productive endeavors.
The Role of an Advocate:
Identify & Transition: Help youth in vulnerable conditions move from inactivity to engagement.
Strategic Matching: Pair young talent with benefactors and mentors based on skills and needs.
Facilitate Growth: Ensure youth are benefiting from sponsorships while delivering value back to their partners and communities.
